Where's Keith?

This week I've taken a vacation from myself. Since I can't take one from work I felt I needed to find rest and regrouping from somewhere. So... No goals, no morning pages, no gym, no writhing, not much in the way of LJ, no drawing.... okay, some of the work goals I've paid attention to.

This has been good. Right now it's dark, I have the window open to a warm night and distant frogs, and I have some soothing "keith" music playing on the computer. I'm starting to be able to relax again. Soon I will become impatient to get back into the quest. That's when I'll know I'm ready to chase after my goals again.

For now I want to enjoy the moment.
