I've needed to reset myself a little. I've needed to get some sleep. I've needed to refocus my time and... take a little vacation from myself since I can't take it from work. I haven't done well on my goals this week. And I don't feel it's a bad thing. Perhaps because they are still here in front of me and haven't been forgotten.



Come up with 5 more icons for LJ.
Not yet.

Continue to bolster the business with new ideas.
Came up with a black and white addition to the ornament brochure and shipped off copies to our biggest ornament customer. I did that on Saturday before I left for Seattle via Burien >>Tacoma >> Seattle.

Work on a news letter for the new Ornaments. have it ready to go by the end of the month.
The above addition to the brochure could be used in part as newsletter stuff.

Work more aggressively to lose the weight. 5 lbs by the end of the month.

Maintain workout schedule.
I got one in. I needed to sleep on the other. Failure.

Be more aware of my emotional outlook. Think first before I speak. Be aware of what is driving my reactions..

Second draft the ghost story. Have it ready to hand in for second edits. by editorial board meeting.

Write more of the Jonah story. have a couple of scenes ready for writer's night.

Post at least 5 times a week in LJ.
I think I succeeded.

Hmmm. So...it doesn't look too much like I've failed after all. I've just refocused on which goals I worked on. I think I'm finding out which goals I give more importance to. And by not progressing on those goals I'm deeming myself a failure.

I guess it isn't true after all.
