Frances is pounding the Bahamas. There was a slight rise in the barometric pressure, but meteorologists believe it was cased by inner core processes, that Frances will reintensify. Frances is maintaining 140 mph winds. All indications are that she will arrive in Florida as a Category 4 Hurricane.
