This week? Not so good, but still...
Mar. 23rd, 2003 09:20 pmThis has been a busy week. We had a new figurine that needed a new mold, and a number of other things took time. My brother-in-law had a surprise 40th birthday party today, so that took up my Sunday. Just lots going on this week.
Spend time in the art room. Enter at least once a week.
Failure. Busy week.
Pull out sketchbook and actually sketch. Start Tomorrow.
Failure. Busy week.
Acrylics would be fun. Consider taking them out and using them. Keep priorities on other art resolutions.
Keeping priorities. Busy week.
Continue progress on ideas for the Business. Complete the newsletter and mail in March.
I might actually have a newsletter done in time, but it still hinges on the bosses.
Come up with more ideas to help work. Consider how you can improve customer service.
Spent time getting an image on the new piece up north. Have flyers planned for "retirement" and "new piece" announcements.
Continue to lose weight. Goal of 160 by Norwescon, April 17.
160 ain't gonna make it. Starting to get the weight off though. 176.
Continue Workout schedule. Add off day treadmill work.
Failure. Busy week. I managed to get to the gym every day, but mostly for treadmill work. The regular workout happened once.
Continue morning pages at least three times a week.
Success.
Find new sources for thinking of others and for focusing on my own emotional outlook. For now make it a proactive exercise. Work on making it a habit.
Got better. Still, I've been pretty focused on work.
Check in weekly.
Hi there! Is this me!
Still, it's not too bad. As long as I can get back into it I'll feel this week was just a break in routine.

I decided to do this in December. Every time December rolls around I seem to find the list of the previous years forgotten resolutions. This way they are in front of me all the time.
This also makes me look more closely at how I'm spending my time.
