Cold Sleep
Feb. 20th, 2003 12:41 pmI enjoy this weather. [Actually I enjoy change, but that's another story.] I turned off the car stereo this morning and listen to the wipers and the rain. But one of the things I've discovered about getting fit and losing weight is that I need to start wearing heavier shirts. I live in T-shirts. It's almost all I have in my shirt drawer. They've done fine up until now. Today I'm very cold. brr.
Last night I had a cup of decaf candy coffee before I went to bed. I thought that something warm would help me sleep. Wrong! I was awake for most of the night, except those few times just before Juli woke me for snoring. *sigh* At five I got ready to hit the gym and, instead, I set the microwave timer and stretched out on the couch. Yawn. Hopefully I can catch the gym this evening.
