Creak, pop, snap
Feb. 18th, 2003 10:19 amI returned to the Gym this morning. Fortunately I haven't missed too many workouts. In fact I had to boost most of the weight loads. I'm told that sometimes a break from the work out routine is actually beneficial, though I'm creaking and popping a little bit now.
While the local Subway has been serving breakfast sandwiches for some time now, the chain has just started to advertise it. Unfortunately I have to be on the road at 6:45 and they don't open until 7:00. On the other hand my workout days put me on the road about an hour later. So This morning I stopped in and ordered breakfast. Thumbs up. They taste great "AND" are less filling. Adding a bit of tomato and lettuce to your breakfast sandwich and you've got a real healthy way to hit the road.
