Mostly I'm tired. I usually am on Friday as I can't, and shouldn't, keep Juli's schedule. While she goes to bed at 11:30 and reads until 12, she only sometimes gets up at 5. Other times she sleeps in until 9 to make up for those short nights. I mimic her schedule by going to bed at 11:30 and lights out at 12, but I get up at 5:00 every morning. My only chance to catch up is the weekend.

I've got to find another way.

Speaking of finding ways, My January resolutions are somewhat on target. Let's check in:

Continue to lose weight. Goal of 160 by Norwescon.
lost four. Currently at 176

Reschedule two workdays to enable getting to the gym in the Morning rather then at night with the third workout on
Saturday. [Test for the Month of January]
Excellent results! The morning commute is much easier. The sun is up, or it's equivalent. I get more work done after everyone has gone home at the end of the day.

Write three morning pages at least 4 times a week. {January]
Fell short by one set this week. Did 3.

Practice sketch a half of a work book. [January]
Not yet started.

Complete two pieces of art [January]
Not yet started.

Paint two ideas [January]
Not yet started.

Come up with three ideas of how to help the family business. [Goal of next ten days]
Have two.

Find better and more positive ways of dealing with depressed/downdrafting family/business associates. {January]
On Track.

Keep my own outlook positive rather then neutral. [January]
On Track.
