Too Realistic
Oct. 31st, 2004 09:19 amI had a dream last night that I remember clearly. I wasn't able to take it apart and call it a dream, not completely, until I got into the shower this morning.
The Dream:
A tsunami rolled up the hill from the water and destroyed our house and our carport. Everything was not only demolished, but it was completely washed away. Juli and I discussed it. We were, of course, troubled, but I knew we were insured. Juli wasn't looking forward to the inconvenience of rebuilding.
The Wake Up:
So when I woke up this morning with the sun in my eyes [rain was forecast] I remembered... We don't have a car port. And then when I stepped into the shower I remembered... We don't live up the hill from the water. It took me a moment to remember that I was in the shower, in our house.
Strange.
"Happy
Halloween!!!"
