It froze last night. The weather didn't predict it, and still will not admit to it, but it was certainly white and frosty this morning. I've been mulling over a way to create a space for my geraniums and Fuchsia to winter over. With the frost of last night I decided that now would be a good time.
Once I had all of the supplies in place it only took 45 minutes to set it up, prune the plants and bring them in. It's a small space, and I'll likely have to enlarge it someday, but there is a corner of the garage with a grow light on a timer, all set for the cold dark of Winter.
Juli, unfortunately, " 'as a co'd in 'ehr dose". She's stuffed up real good. I offered her Chicken Soup for dinner, which she says is perfect, but nothing fancy. I assume she meant watery Campbell's, which don't get me wrong, is good when you're feeling bad. I wanted to be creative, but she feels that would be too much. So we're going to compromise and go for the Safeway Signature Soup. It's good stuff, and a nice "in between" choice.
I'm hoping I'll hold off her cold, or that I've already had it in a mild form. That would be a very good thing. She has a mean one.
I remembered, in time, that I told
jwyldragon I would record the Farscape mini series for her. The tape is set up and the timer is ready to go. Now to find a way to get it to her. I could either wait until I see her again, or I could mail it tomorrow. Either way is good.

Tell Juli I hope she feels better soon. You keep well rested and hydrated and maybe add some zinc and Vit-C to your day?
