dolphins_logHurricane Ivan is moving through the Windward Islands. 120 mph make him a strong Category 3. An upper level low is moving through the US mid West that may erode a high pressure ridge that is holding Ivan South. If the ridge erodes that will allow Ivan to move North toward the US. It's too soon to tell.
