dolphins_logHurricane and Tropical Storm Watches and Warnings have been expanded to cover all of Florida, except Key West, and parts of Georgia.
Frances is a Category 2, nearly Category 3, with winds at 105 mph. Some strengthening is possible. Where Frances makes landfall has become less important due to the size of the system. Everyone on the Southeast coast will get something. Hurricane force winds extend 105 miles out from Frances' center and Tropical storm winds extend out 200 miles.
