Hurricane Frances is just over the Central Bahamas and moving towards Southeast Florida at 10 mph. She's 330 miles away, so figure about 33 hours until landfall. She has declined to 125 mph, making her a Major Category 3 hurricane. Category 4 starts at 130 mph. Some fluctuations are possible.

So she still has punch.
