Butterfingers causes Damage.

I dropped my Visor during a workout. Now the Graffiti function doesn't work. All I get is gibberish if I get anything at all. I'm working with tech support, but so far the prognosis doesn't look good.

As long as the screen didn't crack, you are probably in good shape.

What has probably happened is that either the the memory module or the flat cable that connects to the screen has come loose. I've had both happen to me.

Both are pretty easy to fix once you have opene up the back. I don't think that the Visor can differ a lot from the Palm IIIxe I have.
