Thanksgiving and followup

Thanksgiving was okay. We had to make some special preparations due to my niece's chemical sensitivity, things like rewash the cloths we're planning to ware because of the dryer sheet stuff we've used, things like that. My aunt couldn't take it and was a no call, no show. My Uncle, the old Star Wars fan/curmudgeon that he is, came in fine spirits. He had just taken a friend to a thanksgiving meal using his own far and few between funds. So he was just full of the "milk of human kindness" and had no idea why he was having such a good time during the beginnings of the holidays. They're usually the worst time of year for him, so he says, "bah humbug/Christmas at ground zero and Grandma's altercations with reindeer."
