dolphins_logTropical Storm Danielle refuses to fade. She's been hanging on to tropical storm status for a few days now, just barely. Tropicals Storm strength starts at 40 mph and Danielle has been measured at 40 mph for the last two days.
...and she isn't really moving anywhere. ...okay, 2 mph to the NW. ...more of a stroll really.
