dolphins_logOne of the things I do when I'm coming out of a depression is go on a cleaning frenzy. Saturday I spent about 5 hours cleaning up my office at work. That may have triggered the cleaning frenzy as I had committed myself to the office work last Monday.
Today I spent the entire day making the kitchen sparkle and the same with the family room off the kitchen. Those are the two rooms Juli and I spend the most of our time in. They have lots of light coming in and they both face a view of Mount Rainier.
A clean environment does wonders to lift the spirit.
