the bank FedEx ed a new card to me. I couldn't activate it until I got home. It needs to be activated from the home phone. I got home and picked up the mail, what should I find? The other replacement card. They mailed it on March 18th... to New York. New York stamped it April 16th and mailed it to me.

So at least my mail doesn't seem to have been tampered with for illicit purposes. That's a good thing.
