Hurricane Marty is off the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula and is expected to head ashore into northern Mainland Mexico. Winds are at 80mph which makes Marty a Category 1 hurricane.

It has been a long time since San Diego has had hurricane type winds. Marty may bring in some influence, possibly lots of rain. Shouldn't have any dangerous winds though.
