I got my visor back yesterday. As expected it was in a box leaning up against the door. Anxiously I opened the box, removed the precious cargo and examined it. It had a crisp new feel, the screen looked dust free and untouched. I turned it on and was greeted by the PALM OS graphic demonstrating where the stylus was located and inviting me to touch the screen with it. I touched the screen...

...nothing happened. I tapped it a few more times with no luck. The graphic continued, infinitely removing the stylus and rotating the image. After some frustrating moments and a couple of hard boots I got it to respond. I then looked at the serial number on the back. It's the Visor I sent in, so it wasn't replaced. I'm wondering if they replaced the screen or simply removed my screen protector.

After working with it for the day I can conclude that its response is crisper. It doesn't freeze or fail as much.... actually not at all for the past six hours [so far so good]. The graffiti function is working fine.

I'll keep working with it for a while longer before I decide if I need to call in again.
