dolphins_logJuli had to work today, so I had the day to myself. I took on a number of tasks. One was to haul some things down to St. Vincent dePaul. I had a box of comic books, mostly manga, and a BiiiiG box of video tapes. ...and Juli had a bag of clothes that she wanted out.
At first the attendant told me, "We'll only take two containers, one box and bag or two boxes." So I asked him to come and choose. He took one look at what I had and told his associate, "Oh, we can't pass this up! We'll take it all!" So I have my slip for some tax deduction now.
Other things I did:
Cleaned the kitchen.
vacuumed.
Laundry.
Mowed the Lawn [the fastest way to rake leaves!]
Dug up some weeds and randomly through two year old tulip, iris, and crocus bulbs into dirt. That should be interesting. They didn't get into the ground last year so I don't know what I'll get.
