dolphins_logTropical Depression 7 has formed off the South Carolina coast. #7 is stationary with 30 mph winds. Strengthening is forecast, as is a slow westward drift. A tropical Storm Watch has been issued for portions of the Atlantic coast. TD7 could become a Tropical Storm by saturday.
