Whats All This, Then?

Tuesday was NUTZ! I took 81 calls! Holy Moley! I was the #1 on that day, taking 13 % of the calls out of 16 CSRs. Cool, huh?.
...NOT!
I came to work on Wed and discovered I made some Big mistakes. Fortunately they were correctable, but they left some very messy trails.
And to top that, a half hour after making the correction I made another mistake of the same ilk. Looking at that as a former Super, I'd be suspicious of the rest of my work. Blah!
Fortunately I know the rest of it is good.
