Birthday Dinner
Nov. 4th, 2006 05:20 pmJuli left for the Ballet yesterday and planned to be back in time for us to go out to my birthday dinner tonight. Today I planned to sketch further, but as soon as I set up my brother called to wish me a happy 47th. I had to correct him. It's 49. I made him feel old. We talked for an hour or so. As soon as I settled in to sketch again my parents called. I chatted with them for a good while. They had their 56th Anniversary yesterday.
By this time I gave up. It was getting dark and Juli was bound to arrive shortly. Sure enough she showed up about a half hour later.
So Now I'll just relax, read some. Post an entry on the long absent LJ. I doubt I'll sketch, but who knows what may inspire me?
The phone just rang again. This time it was a RobO-CalL. The political Robo-Calls are getting desperate. Now as soon as you say "hello" the recorded voice is talking very fast, in hopes to get some tidbit of decipherable political blather into your ear before you hang up. Well HA! They still failed!
