Rather then call them "resolutions" I believe "Goals" would be a better term. I spent a couple of hours today jotting down notes on a pad and this is what I've come up with:

Lifestyle;
• Weight control [goal 155 lb]
• Workout 3 times per week
• Observe quality of food intake
• Get to Sleep at 10 pm
• Continue spot cleaning and organizing throughout the house

Creative;
• Study and practice the three elements of my subject [which will remain un-posted here]
• Track down a Life Drawing workshop


Career;
• Clean and Organize Office
• Examine and/or Develop Mission Statement
• Work on material for Book
• Prepare new Brochure
• Set up schedule for regular Business Meeting.


As always, these goals will be subject to change and examination on a weekly basis.

Starting tomorrow, I'll need to make a stop at Michaels in Silverdale to get some art supplies.
I'll need to confirm a reschedule with dixie so that I can show up an hour later on Tuesday and Thursday for morning workouts.
I need to get to bed a half hour ago.
There's filing to get done in the office.
I'll check out this list tomorrow and make sure I attend to it.
