Working on getting it to look a lot like Christmas.

Everyone on the friends list seems to be getting their Christmas put together. Same here. After my fun and games last night with false scares I thought it was time to get something put together for Juli to come home to. I cleaned off the library desk and got the flocked tree into place. We got a smaller tree this year, we're trying to make it fit into the bay window alcove. Still no go, though we're not getting a smaller one. there wouldn't be any room for our decorations.

I strung the tree with lights and then put Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas Extraordinaire on random play. Then I killed the house lights. That way I could hide that little bit of clutter I hadn't cleaned up yet.

So when Juli came home she had a beautiful snowy tree with white lights and Christmas music playing in a clean "looking" livingroom.

It worked. She's a little further into the christmas spirit now.

Vet Call.

The vet called today. Eddie is not better. She suspects something with... well... I won't get into the details. She's suggesting a ultrasound, which wouldn't happen until Wednesday. Then if they find anything Juli and I will have to decide if we're sending him to the operating table. Juli says if it were Saavik then there would be no question, that I shouldn't second guess because of the cash. So, that's the plan.
