Handspring has replaced my Prism. I have it in my hot little hands. The crisp responces... The firmness of it... The subtle smooth lines.... My old one had gotten soft and squishy. This one is a real load bearing barmaid.
That's customer service. They took my word for it that I got mine last Christmas and they honored the warranty.
