Exactly how much time have I wasted?!?

This is Day 3 of not playing Age of Empires II. Monday I was a little antsy, pacing about the house and trying to occupy my hands. Sure, write-draw-paint, but there's something, that switch that I need to trigger again. It's started this morning. I got my morning pages done and still got to work early. I believe I'm going to be somewhat amazed when I find out how much time I've frittered away on nothing.

But then I somewhat expected this. All summer my time was occupied by garden walls. Remember, I was somewhat obsessed. And I did anticipate a bit of a doldrum if I didn't get another project in the que before the walls were finished. I've always said, the direction you look is the direction you travel, and sure enough, I achieved a creative cavitation.

Now I'm somewhat curious as to where this new building energy will go. I could direct it. Choices, choices, and more choices.

I had a bit of a surprise today in the gym [no, not that! >>whack<< ] I took the fitness test. I've always considered myself dismally below average, and previous tests would seem to confirm that assessment. According to the test today I'm two points shy of being above average.

oookay! There's another goal to add to my list.
