Ya! Juli has had to work the rare graveyard shifts in Tacoma. They have to get all the markdowns [sale tags] done before midnight tonight. So for the last two nights a team of four have had the store to themselves, with nothing to do but markdowns.
She left last night at 9:00 PM as the snow began, and got home this morning at 9 AM. The streets were clear for her, except the stretch in our neighborhood. I waited to go to work until she got home. I even shoveled the driveway for her.
We got about 3 inches. I guess it's suppose to happen again Friday night through Wednesday. We will see.
I like Snow. I really haven't had a chance to drive the Subaru in it, but if the stretch in our neighborhood is any indication, I've got it made.
Now... I just bought a 6.5 foot lawn ornament on sale for $20 [down from $60]. It's one of those lighted Winter Trees. Not the curly one, but the one with branches. I have a decision to make. It would look real neat in the snow. Do I set it up for New Years or do I save it for next year? Hmmm
